Ingredients:
4 King salmon fillets, approx 160 – 170g each
¼ cup ponzu (soy sauce with citrus)
- Place salmon skin side down on a heated oiled barbecue and cook uncovered for 3 minutes or until the skin is crisp.
- Turn and cook for a further 3 minutes or until cooked as
- It is best pink in the middle.
- Drizzle with ponzu before serving.
Lyndey’s Note: Ponzu is a citrus flavoured soy sauce, available in the Asian aisle of the supermarket.
