In the warmer weather this makes a cooling alternative to hot coffee.
Ingredients
2 scoops ice cream
1 short black (espresso) coffee
1 nip liqueur, eg Amaretto, Frangelico
Instructions
Place ice cream in a glass or serving bowl.
Pour over the coffee and the liqueur and serve immediately.
