Affogato

In the warmer weather this makes a cooling alternative to hot coffee.

Serves 1
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 scoops ice cream
1 short black (espresso) coffee
1 nip liqueur, eg Amaretto, Frangelico

1. Place ice cream in a glass or serving bowl.
2. Pour over the coffee and the liqueur and serve immediately.
