Asian Oysters with Shallot, Ginger and Sesame

Ingredients

  • 1 green onion (shallot), finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger julienned
  • 1 tablespoon sweet vinegar seasoning or rice wine vinegar
  • half teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 dozen freshly shucked oysters

Instructions

Combine green onion, ginger, vinegar and sesame oil and spoon on top of oysters.
