Asian Oysters with Shallot, Ginger and Sesame

Makes a dozen

Ingredients:
1 green onion (shallot), finely sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger julienned
1 tablespoon sweet vinegar seasoning or rice wine vinegar
half teaspoon sesame oil
1 dozen freshly shucked oysters

  • Combine green onion, ginger, vinegar and sesame oil and spoon on top of oysters.
