Watermelon with Iced Gin

Watermelon with Iced Gin is so simple it doesn’t really need a recipe.

I always keep a bottle of gin in the freezer – well, a girl never knows when she might need a martini. It makes a wonderful accompaniment to watermelon. Iced vodka can be substituted and gives a completely different taste sensation.

Just cut the watermelon into wedges and serve on a plate beside a shot glass of iced gin. It is imperative that the gin is of very good quality and there are so many available now. Dip the wedges into the gin for the complete decadent experience.

Also wonderful with a pile of pomegranate seeds.
